NAV Pathways
NAV Pathways offers three learning environments all based at our Jesmond Hub, our Digital Hub, Creative Hub and Fitness Hub, each designed to give young people hands‑on, future‑focused experiences that build confidence, skills and a sense of purpose. These hubs provide authentic, engaging opportunities that connect directly to local employment sectors, helping learners discover what they can do and who they can become. Every hub is rooted in our relational, trauma‑informed approach, ensuring young people feel safe, supported and able to take positive risks in their learning.
Our hubs combine practical skill‑building, meaningful accreditation and creative exploration. Whether a young person is developing digital competence, expressing themselves through creative media or building physical literacy and wellbeing, each experience is designed to nurture curiosity, resilience and self‑belief. Staff provide clear routines, emotional safety and personalised guidance, enabling learners to progress at a pace that feels right for them.
